Our history
It began in 1987, passing into the hands of the people who shaped this project starting in 2006, its founders, Jose Antonio Heredia and Ma. Guadalupe Couoh. Linsa has been characterized by permanently simplifying people's lives.
It is an organization with a presence in Mexico that is constantly growing and is positioned as a market leader, developing technology, methodologies and systematizing processes to improve the delivery of its services.

Routine cleaning services and specialized services for industries and businesses.
The routine service is personalized according to your needs or based on 3 predetermined plans:
- FIT: Includes trained personnel and cleaning materials if you need it.
- ELITE: Routine cleaning, cleaning materials, 100% trained personnel, can include machinery if you need it.
All our collaborators are under a labor scheme that includes 100% of the legal benefits, likewise, we carry out all the contracting management and accounting regulation, so that the cost of personnel includes all fiscal and accounting expenses.
We focus on routine and recurring services, with a minimum of semi-annual contracting, this involves a specialized costing and recruitment process, so the offer does not include irregular routine cleaning services of 1 day or free demand.
Each service is supervised by an operational coordinator, as well as personalized attention from our KAM, 24/7 support and resolution of incidents through our customer experience channel and ticket platform (Hello).
Yes, all of our services are insured with a civil liability policy with coverage for damages caused by service activities, which is only applicable for formal relationships that include the signing of legal terms and agreements and a purchase order; with this we protect your operation and commercial heritage.
