La pandemia de COVID-19 puso en evidencia la cantidad de contaminaci\u00f3n que generan otras actividades cotidianas. Esto llev\u00f3 a varias organizaciones, entre ellas la OCDE, a pedir una recuperaci\u00f3n sostenible post-COVID. Pero, para los facility managers, la sostenibilidad esconde varios retos: operaciones sin papel, eficiencia de los edificios y mejor gesti\u00f3n de los residuos.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Los sensores ser\u00e1n parte importante que ayudar\u00e1n en esta tarea. Los datos de los sensores pueden utilizarse para optimizar las operaciones y ahorrar costes, se detectar\u00e1 cu\u00e1ndo y d\u00f3nde se desperdicia m\u00e1s energ\u00eda. Si los facility managers se rinden a la \u00faltima tecnolog\u00eda y empiezan a recopilar datos, pueden conseguir alg\u00fan tipo de previsibilidad. Una vez que tienes esa previsibilidad, tu plan de mantenimiento puede ser m\u00e1s proactivo e incluso m\u00e1s incisivo. Hay menos exceso de mantenimiento y menos reparaciones. hay que utilizar los datos y el software para \u201cestabilizar por fin la cantidad de mantenimiento preventivo\u201d y \u201creducir el n\u00famero de reparaciones\u201d al mismo tiempo.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El facility<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">management puede ser uno de los primeros departamentos en sufrir un recorte en el presupuesto. Eso significa que hoy m\u00e1s que nunca es importante, tener previsibilidad y saber qu\u00e9 tareas de mantenimiento pueden aplazarse hasta que el presupuesto lo permita.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La clave para este 2022 est\u00e1 en los \u201cdatos\u201d. Es lo que permite a los gestores ajustarse al trabajo h\u00edbrido, optimizar los recursos y reducir los costos. Puede que los cambios operativos hayan comenzado por necesidad durante la pandemia, pero parece que la mayor\u00eda de ellos han llegado para quedarse.
