Son 3 cosas, que, justamente, no son poca cosa. \u00a1Qu\u00e9 cosas!<\/p><p>Est\u00e1 que claro que la motivaci\u00f3n deber\u00eda estar presente en cualquier giro, de cualquier empresa, pero si hablamos de servicio, su inexistencia es un verdadero pecado.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, mantener motivado a un equipo, implica consistencia. Buenas ideas, s\u00ed, pero consistencia. Es la \u00fanica forma en la que ganaremos confianza, y esta \u00faltima es imprescindible para que alguien se sienta motivado.<\/p><p>CONOCER Bueno, el gran reto de lograr que un cliente te diga qu\u00e9 piensa de tu servicio. Sinceramente, no tiene ninguna MOTIVACI\u00d3N especial que lo lleve a contestar una encuesta \u00bfo s\u00ed? \u00bft\u00fa, como cliente, la tendr\u00edas?<\/p><p>Casi ninguno de nosotros, pero ojo, hay muchas formas de lograr sembrar ese inter\u00e9s, prueba con dar algo a cambio, algo que para ti como empresa, represente un ganar ganar, por ejemplo una prueba de un modelo de servicio que est\u00e9s lanzando y quieras dar a conocer.<\/p><p>Y bueno, finalmente, el arte de supervisar. No hay nada mejor que verlo con tus propios ojos, para hacerlo m\u00e1s eficiente. Sin embargo, detr\u00e1s de una buena supervisi\u00f3n, es indispensable con un sistema que nos permita llevar a cabo, las actividades propias del servicio y al mismo tiempo, una evaluaci\u00f3n del mismo.<\/p><p>Tener una buena supervisi\u00f3n correcta, constante y activa te permite sacar lo mejor de la tercerizaci\u00f3n.
