Sin embargo, no todos conocemos nuestros talentos ni sacamos provecho de ellos. Cada persona tiene diferentes talentos y cuando esos se unen con un equipo, el factor de \u00e9xito se da por sentado. El secreto radica en estar en el sitio adecuado para ser la persona correcta en el rol que nos toca jugar dentro de una organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Los individuos conforman las organizaciones; las personas preparadas hacen empresas exitosas. Las competencias intrapersonales se conjugan al convertir las cualidades en talentos, eso se logra con tenacidad y compromiso, siendo una constante en nuestro trabajo diario.<\/p><p>Cada uno es responsable de su desarrollo y crecimiento profesional, pero el l\u00edder es quien orienta y define las estrategias para guiar con dedicaci\u00f3n a su equipo para lograr moldear los talentos y aprovecharlos al m\u00e1ximo.<\/p><p>Todo inicia desde el proceso de reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n del personal, sin embargo, invertir en la capacitaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n del talento humano en las organizaciones es la tendencia dentro de las empresas exitosas, al brindar herramientas a sus colaboradores para sacar su potencial y generar cambios efectivos en su comportamiento.<\/p><p>La adaptabilidad al cambio, las sanas relaciones interpersonales, la organizaci\u00f3n, el liderazgo, el trabajo en equipo, el pensamiento estrat\u00e9gico, el control de actividades y la negociaci\u00f3n, son algunas de las competencias que deben servir de base para una empresa s\u00f3lida.<\/p><p>Una visi\u00f3n compartida y un prop\u00f3sito son clave para ser coherentes, congruentes y consistente como empresa, alineando los objetivos hacia logros comunes que se celebran en conjunto.<\/p><p>Las empresas deben de estar conscientes que las personas que trabajan en ella, son los que hacen la diferencia y hacen que los \u00e9xitos sean posibles, por eso se debe de aprovechar el talento humano al m\u00e1ximo, haciendo mayores las curvas de aprendizaje y hacer un trabajo satisfactorio, ya que, cuando se disfruta del trabajo, las personas se sienten c\u00f3modas y orgullosas de lograr resultados positivos.<\/p><p>Los retos siempre existir\u00e1n, lo mismo que los problemas, la diferencia radica en c\u00f3mo los enfrentamos y en la manera en la que el equipo resuelve los problemas, con un enfoque colectivo y una s\u00f3lida estrategia basada en las m\u00faltiples perspectivas, utilizando los talentos individuales para que, al sumarlos, la empresa tenga respuestas efectivas y contundentes en beneficio de los clientes y los colaboradores.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los seres humanos somos talentosos por el simple hecho de existir.
