Y es que cuando comunicamos hacia afuera, pensamos que solo le estamos hablando a nuestros stakeholders externos; pero tambi\u00e9n le estamos hablando a nuestro equipo interno, ellos tambi\u00e9n usan Facebook, Twitter, Google y se relacionan con muchas personas en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Seg\u00fan Susana C\u00e1ceres (2016) en su libro de comunicaci\u00f3n interna \u201cnuestro p\u00fablico interno tambi\u00e9n es externo\u201d.<\/p><p>Por ejemplo, en una empresa dedicada a limpieza industrial y comercial, donde los colaboradores de est\u00e1 trabajan directamente en las instalaciones del cliente d\u00eda a d\u00eda, deben saber que sus trabajadores son embajadores y que pueden comunicar directamente a los clientes, adem\u00e1s de familia, amigos o conocidos.<\/p><p>Sabemos que el mundo est\u00e1 en constante cambio y esto hace que nuestras organizaciones sean m\u00e1s agiles para responder a las necesidades y formar las nuevas generaciones de trabajadores.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44fbcd6
